阿里·史塔布兰斯·莱夫（英语：Ari Staprans Leff，1994年8月8日—），艺名 Lauv，是一名美国创作歌手。其处男作迷你专辑《迷失在光中》于2015年发行[1][2][3]。

早期生活[编辑]

于1994年出生于旧金山。他小时候对音乐十分有兴趣，并学习钢琴和中提琴，之后在11岁时学习如何弹吉他[4]。在14岁时，他已经开始创作歌曲[5]。在拉德诺初中毕业后，他在高中和同学组乐队及学习爵士乐[4]。

他的母亲和祖父母是拉脱维亚人，他经常访问拉脱维亚探望亲戚，并于祖父在海滨城市尤尔马拉的小屋度过夏天。[6][7]

萊夫就读于纽约大学，修读音乐工艺[4]，于2016年毕业[8]。

音乐事业[编辑]

大学时期，萊夫脱离了个人强烈的写作风格，专注于为其他艺术家创作和制作。在大二的时候，他偶然看见了保罗·西蒙的采访，赛门表示他的创作方法就是发掘自己内心深处的情感。这篇访问帮助了萊夫理解并回到他以前的写作方式[5]。

因为母亲是拉脱维亚人，而其名字阿里在希伯来语中的意思亦为狮子，加上自己是狮子座，所以萊夫取拉脱维亚语的狮子（lauva）中的"萊夫"作为他的艺名[5][9]。

然后，他在2014年从分手中恢复期间，通过与Michael Matosic合写“The Other”来表达他的感受[4]。这是一个融合了R&B和独立流行乐的歌曲。他觉得这首歌对他来说很特别，所以他不想把它交给其他歌手演唱[10]。他以他的名字发行了这首歌。这首歌获得了关注，并在Hype Machine上名列第三[11]，在Spotify上名列全球百强[5]。

毕业后，萊夫与唱片公司签约[5]。

2015年，萊夫发行了他的首张迷你专辑“Lost in the Light,”，其中收录了“The Other”[1]。

萊夫亦有为不同艺人创作和制作歌曲。

2017年5月19日，萊夫发行了单曲“I Like Me Better”[12]，此歌曲节奏轻快并迅速获得乐迷欢迎。这首歌的灵感来源于他刚刚搬到纽约市的一段关系[9]。同年，他举行了“Late Nights, Deep Talks 巡回演唱会”，在美国的八个城市演出。5月23日洛杉矶出发，6月7日在纽约市结束。 7月9日，他还在威斯康星州密尔沃基的Summerfest演出[12]。

在2017年9月4日宣布，萊夫将加入艾德·希兰的÷巡回演唱会，作为他在巡回演唱会亚洲站的嘉宾[13] 。由于艾德在自行车事故受伤，几个亚洲巡回日期不得不被取消或重新安排，但是萊夫继续在菲律宾马尼拉[14]和印度尼西亚雅加达等城市进行推广。

2018年1月18日萊夫开始他的第一次世界巡回演出“I Met You When I Was 18”从华盛顿州西雅图开始。

2022年10月8日，萊夫首度来台湾开唱，于为期三日的“太空港音乐艺术嘉年华”担任首日压轴[15]。
