约翰·格鲁伯（英语：John Gruber，1973年—）是一名来自美国宾夕凡尼亚州的作家、博客编者、用户界面设计师及Markdown发布格式的发明者。他在卓克索大学获取计算机科学理学士后，在2000－02年在Bare Bones Software和于2005－06年在Joyent工作[1]。2002年起，他撰写了科技博客《Daring Fireball》[2][3][4]。他亦主持播客The Talk Show。2013年，格鲁伯、Brent Simmons和Dave Wiskus创办了Q Branch，并开发了Vesper笔记应用程序[5]。
