虚幻之境（拉丁语：Insomnium）是芬兰的旋律死亡金属乐团。他们的音乐主题通常围绕在黑暗、悲伤、失落、痛苦和大自然。 虽然主要被归类为旋律死亡金属，但他们的作品也具有毁灭金属、前卫金属、芬兰民俗音乐和前卫摇滚的特点。
