IC 5148，昵称为备胎星云[3]，是位于天鹤座的一个行星状星云 ，位置在天鹤座λ西方约1度处[4]。它于1894年被澳大利亚的业余天文学家华特·弗雷德里克·盖尔发现。它的距离大约是3,000光年，以50kps（公里每秒）的速度膨胀中，是速度最快的行星状星云之一[3]。
