Google Arts & Culture（前名Google Art Project）于2011年2月1日推出，Google与世界各地博物馆合作，利用Google街景技术拍摄博物馆内部实景，并且以超高像素拍摄馆内历史名画，并可供用户观看。到2012年4月3日，40个国家和地区的151间艺术博物馆将公布宣布。目前，各项工作已出版32,000点以上，参与博物馆46间，这包括纽约大都会艺术博物馆，泰特美术馆，白宫，格里菲斯大学，伊斯兰艺术博物馆，香港艺术博物馆[1]。目前，可查看的语言包括英语，法语，日语，葡萄牙语等18种语言[2]。
