费列罗（意大利语：Ferrero SpA，意大利语发音：[ferˈrɛːro]）通常被称为费列罗集团，是一家意大利品牌巧克力和糖果产品的制造商，也是世界第二大巧克力生产商和糖果公司。[1]它于1946年在意大利皮埃蒙特阿尔巴由糖果商和小型糕点商人彼得罗·费雷罗创立，他以能多益奠定了基础，其透过添加榛子来节省巧克力费用而闻名。[2]在彼得罗的儿子米歇尔·费雷罗的领导下，公司经历了一段巨大的成长和成功时期，后来将日常运营移交给了他的儿子小彼得罗和乔瓦尼·费列罗（创始人的孙子）。
在富责监督全球商业的小彼得罗于2011年4月18日在南非的一次自行车事故中去世后，费列罗集团目前由首席执行官乔瓦尼·费雷罗领导，该集团旗下包括38家贸易公司、18家工厂和大约4万名员工，每年生产约36.5万吨Nutella。[3]费列罗国际总部在卢森堡。费列罗 SpA是一家由费列罗家族拥有的私营公司，被描述为“世界上最神秘的公司之一”。[4]声誉研究所（Reputation Institute, Inc.）2009年通过调查将费列罗列为世界上最负盛名的公司。[5]

2015年6月22日，费列罗以1.12亿英镑作价，收购有104年历史的英国对手桑顿（Thorntons）。同年，费列罗在中国杭州大江东产业集聚区的工厂投产[6]。
2017年3月17日，费列罗斥资1.15亿美元收购美国高端巧克力生产商Fannie May。
2017年12月，费列罗斥资13亿美元向私募基金L Catterton收购美国糖果生产商Ferrara糖果公司，拥有35个糖果品牌，包括SweeTARTS®、Trolli®、Brach’s®和标志性品牌Lemonhead®、Red Hots®以及Now and Later®等。[7]
2018年1月17日，费列罗以28亿美元现金收购雀巢旗下美国糖果业务，交易后，费列罗将成为美国及全球第三大巧克力公司。 今次收购雀巢的美国巧克力业务品牌，包括Crunch、Butterfinger、Nerds及Laffy Taffy。
2019年4月3日，费列罗斥资13亿美元收购家乐氏旗下饼乾和水果零食业务，包括饼干品牌Keebler奇宝、Famous Amos 、顶级家庭饼干品牌Mother’s、无糖饼干Murray以及女童军的饼干供应商品牌Little Brownie Bakers和水果零食业务品牌，包括Stretch Island、Fruity Snacks以及Keebler’s冰淇淋蛋卷和派皮产品
2019年7月16日，费列罗斥资3亿美元从金宝汤公司收购丹麦蓝罐饼干的母公司凯尔森集团（Kelsen Group A.S.）。
2020年10月，费列罗宣布将以2.5亿英镑收购英国Fox's Biscuits。[8]2020年12月，费列罗宣布收购健康零食公司Eat Natural。[9]
2021年6月，费列罗收购了英国公司Burton's Biscuit公司，该公司在收购时在英国的6家工厂雇佣了2,000名员工，据信交易金额约为3.6亿英镑。[10]
