挣脱宿命合唱团（英语：Escape the Fate）[2]是美国的一支后硬核乐团，于2005年在内华达州帕伦普成立，目前成员包括罗伯特·奥尔蒂斯（鼓手）、马克斯·格林（贝斯手及合声）、克雷格·马比特（主唱）、TJ·贝尔（节奏吉他手）和凯文·格鲁夫特（主吉他手）。
挣脱宿命合唱团共发行了3张迷你专辑与4张完整的录音室专辑，第一支专辑是《Dying Is Your Latest Fashion》且是唯一由罗尼·拉德克主唱的专辑。2008年10月21日发行的《This War Is Ours》背离了乐团早期的情感、沉闷的声音，增加了更多的硬式摇滚、主流的声音。减少了嘶吼唱腔，每首歌曲间有着不同的混声。这张专辑改由前Blessthefall歌手克雷格·马比特来担任主唱，更登上告示牌二百强专辑榜第35名，[3]且在首周卖出了13,000张。同名专辑《挣脱宿命》于2010年11月2日全球同步发行。在离开Epitaph唱片后，这是他们第一张且是唯一在DGC／Interscope的专辑，也是第二张由克雷格·马比特来担任主唱。这张专辑在告示牌二百强专辑榜排名第25名，在硬式摇滚专辑榜名列第1，摇滚专辑榜第4名，另类与独立摇滚榜第3名，且在数位专辑榜中位居第18名。[3]这张专辑比前两张更加强硬且强调低沉唱腔。一经推出便获得好评，也是挣脱宿命至今最成功的一张专辑。第四张专辑《Ungrateful》由Eleven Seven Music于2013年5月14日发行，在第一周卖出17,000张，且登上告示牌二百强专辑榜第27名。[3]该乐团至今在全球已经卖出超过百万张的专辑。[4]
