甘氨酰-脯氨酰-羟脯氨酸(Gly-Pro-Hyp,三肽-29)是一种源自胶原蛋白的三肽。Gly-Pro-Hyp的重复单元构成了胶原蛋白的主要部分,而Gly-Pro-Hyp可以轻易地透过胶原蛋白的部分水解来制备。与Hyp-Gly和Pro-Hyp等其他源自胶原蛋白的小分子二肽一样,Gly-Pro-Hyp被广泛应用于护肤产品中,有时也作为膳食补充剂内服,因为它容易被皮肤吸收并能刺激成纤维细胞合成胶原蛋白,从而有助于伤口愈合,并可能帮助减少衰老迹象。市面上标榜含有“胶原蛋白”的膳食补充剂,通常实际上含有的是胶原蛋白部分水解所产生的低分子量胶原蛋白肽,因为它们比胶原蛋白本身更容易被人体吸收。[1][2][3][4][5][6][7][8]
