100米跨栏，简称10，属田径径赛的一种。100米栏由100米直道和跑道上的10个跨栏组成，运动员要分别跨过这10个栏并首先冲过终点才算获胜。现时奥林匹克运动会田径项目中，100米跨栏为女性竞赛项目。
规则[编辑]
女子100米跨栏的栏高为840毫米（mm）（若以英制方式计算为2英尺9英寸／2.75英尺）。比赛时，运动员必须跨越10个栏架， 根据世界田径总会（WA）之规则，女子100米跨栏的10个栏架在跑道上的设置方式如下：
首个栏架与起点距离为13米，栏架与栏架距离为8.5米，最后一个栏架与终点距离为10.5米。
除故意用手推或用脚踢倒栏架外，身体其它部位碰倒栏架不算犯规。
历史[编辑]
100码跨栏比赛始于1830年英格兰，当时沿路段放置了木制障碍物。
100米跨栏比赛于1922年第一届女子世界运动会列入比赛
1926年，国际女子体育联合会已记录了八项记录：60码/75厘米、60码/61厘米、65码/75厘米、83码/75厘米、100码/75厘米、100码/61厘米、120码/75厘米、110米/75厘米。
1928年，国际女子体育联合会要求将80米跨栏列入夏季奥运会女子运动专案，但直到1932年才被列为奥运会专案。
并于1932年作为80米跨栏首次出现在奥运会上。
80米跨栏在1932年至1968年是奥林匹克运动会的其中一项比赛。从1972年夏季奥运会开始，女子径赛加长至100米栏。[1]
从1926年到1968年，女子80米栏须跨过8个栏，彼此相距8米，高30英寸（76.2厘米）。在1935年前，与男子径赛一样最多只能撞倒三个跨栏，不然取消资格，只有跑者跨过所有跨栏时，记录才会被正式登记。
1935年，这条规则被放弃，并引入了L形跨栏，这些跨栏很容易向前摔倒，大大降低跑者受伤的风险。
1949年始，80米栏是女子五项全能之一。
1960年代，一些实验性比赛使用100 英寸（30厘米）栏进行76.2米跑。
1968年夏奥引入1969年始的100米跨栏，使用高33英寸（83.8厘米）的栏。
女子110米跨栏在2019年设立的世界接力赛混合团体赛中进行的。

世界纪录为12.20秒，由美国选手肯德拉·哈里森在2016年7月22日缔造，打破高悬28年的记录，但她未能以此纪录进入当年的奥运。
中华民国田径选手纪政曾在1970年7月12日创下女子100米跨栏12秒8的世界纪录。
