相手蟹科（学名：Sesarmidae）是短尾下目方蟹总科以下的一个科，在之前有多个作者都把本科的物种划归方蟹科。在中国福建与广东地区俗称“蟛蜞”[1][2]。当中的吸血鬼蟹属（Geosesarma）、Metopaulias、相手蟹属（Sesarma）是真正的陆生蟹，也就是说这些物种繁殖时无需返回海里[3]。
