室尘螨属（学名：Dermatophagoides）（英语：house dust mite）是一种8只脚的微小动物，属于节肢动物门蛛形纲恙螨目尘螨科。
它拥有8只附吸盘的脚，可吸附在棉被、枕头、床褥等地方。由于它的体型非常小，约0.3毫米，肉眼可见但难以看见。一般只要用10倍放大镜就可清楚观查详细模样；躯干有纹状外皮。室尘螨以人畜皮屑和毛发为主食，有时也吃霉菌。温度22~26℃、湿度70~80%为最适合尘螨生长的环境，其排泄物及尸体是很常见的过敏源。[1]
