冠眼斑雉（台湾作凤头眼斑雉，学名：Rheinardia ocellata），是鸡形目雉科的一种鸟类。[2]冠眼斑雉是一种大型的雉。它们长2.3米，身体呈黑色及有深褐色斑点，喙呈粉红色，瞳孔褐色，蓝色的面部没有羽毛。头部细小，其上有直立的冠羽。雄鸟有12条尾羽，都是阔而长达2米的。雌鸟外观相似，冠及尾羽较短。
冠眼斑雉在野外的数据有限。只知它们是很怕羞的，分布在越南、老挝及马来西亚。它们主要吃叶子、果实、昆虫、蛆及细小的动物。
由于持续失去栖息地及过度猎杀，冠眼斑雉被世界自然保护联盟列为近危[1]，且受到《濒危野生动植物种国际贸易公约》附录一的保护。
