前庭核（Nuclei vestibulares）乃投射前庭神经的腦神經神經核。分布於腦幹中的橋腦及延髓。

解剖

神經徑路

前庭神經會由耳蝸內部進入延髓，並經過下大腦腳（inferior peduncle）與三叉神經脊髓徑之間。

亞神經核

該合共包含了四個亞核，皆位於第四腦室底部。

神經核	位置	備註
內前庭核	延髓（第四腦室底）	又稱背前庭核（dorsal vestibular nucleus）或主前庭核（chief vestibular nucleus）。位於菱形窩的聽區（area acustica） 下方。該核尾端又稱降前庭核（descending vestibular nucleus）或脊髓前庭核（descending vestibular nucleus）。
外前庭核	延髓上側	又稱代特氏核（dorsal vestibular nucleus），由大細胞組成，位於菱形窩外側角，該核外背側有時又稱為別氏核（nucleus of Bechterew）。
