雙形花狸藻（學名：Utricularia dimorphantha）為狸藻屬多年生中型浮生食蟲植物。其種加詞「dimorphantha」來源於希臘文「di-」、「morpha」和「anthos」，為「兩種類型的花」，指其具有閉花受精和開花受精兩種類型的花朵。雙形花狸藻為日本特有種，分佈於日本東北地方、中部地方、近畿地方以及中國地方。雙形花狸藻瀕危。[1]1906年，牧野富太郎最先描述了雙形花狸藻。[2]雙形花狸藻為雙倍體，染色體數為44，[3]
雙形花狸藻的莖稀疏分枝，長30至80厘米。葉裂狀，間距約2至6厘米。花通常為閉鎖花。晚秋時產生冬芽。[4]
