Twitese（即推特中文圈）是Twitter的第三方中文網頁界面，採用PHP語言。用戶上傳twitese程序，對文件lib/config.php進行參數編輯後，不用訪問Twitter主站即可使用Twitter的主要功能，無需佔用數據庫。新版增加了OAuth安全登錄方式。

在學術上，英文Twitese於2012年首次出現在滕彪的英文論文《Rights Defence (weiquan),Microblogs (weibo), and the Surrounding Gaze (weiguan)》[1]，中文「推特中文圈」一詞則出現於滕彪的中文論文《維權、微博與圍觀：維權運動的線上與線下》[2]。
