若是上傳者自行拍攝或創作的作品 ：請標記{{Own }}。若是從網站取得的圖片 ：請提供該圖片所在網頁的網址，必要時可另外附上圖片的直接連結（但請勿僅提供直接連結）。若是掃描自書籍或雜誌 ：請註明書名、作者、出版社、出版年份、ISBN與頁碼，或是雜誌/期刊的名稱、期數、卷次、出版年月、ISSN（如有）以及具體頁碼。你可以使用{{cite book }}或{{cite journal }}模板來標註來源。 date（日期）
請標註圖片的創作日期或出版日期。雖然不是強制要求，但建議盡量遵循Wikipedia:格式手冊/日期和數字 § 年月日 所列的日期格式規範。尤其應避免使用像「02/03/04」這種容易產生混淆的格式，因為不同地區的讀者可能會解讀為2004年3月2日、2月3日、3月4日或4月3日，造成理解上的誤差。建議以明確的文字表達完整日期，例如「2004年3月2日」。 permission
