共養菌目（學名：Syntrophales）是熱脫硫桿菌門的一個目，是單型共養菌綱（學名：Syntrophia）中唯一一個目。[3] 乙酸被共養菌目轉化為乙酰輔酶A，乙酰輔酶A可作為碳和能量的來源。鑑於參與發酵的基因缺失，乙酰輔酶A可能被引導至糖異生。
