三猿遊戲工作室（英語：Sanzaru Games, Inc.），是一家美國的電子遊戲開發公司。2006年由一些前動視的開發者在美國加州福斯特城成立。 公司名稱來自於「三猿」的日語發音sanzaru。公司在加州的都柏林也設立有辦公室；此外公司在加拿大的渥太華有一家子公司Kitazaru。
2020年2月，三猿工作室被Facebook（現Meta）收購，它被歸於現實實驗室的「Oculus工作室」部門之下。2026年1月13日，Meta宣佈對現實實驗室進行千人大裁員，並同時關閉三猿工作室在內的三家第一方遊戲工作室。[4]
