STS-134是2011年5月执行的一次载人航天任务，此次飞行任务由奋进号航天飞机执行，是奋进号的第25次也是最后一次飞行。
奋进号航天飞机于当地时间2011年5月16日8时56分28秒在佛罗里达州肯尼迪航天中心发射升空，载有6名宇航员，任务计划为16天。本次飞行的主要任务是为国际空间站送去用于寻找暗物质的阿尔法磁谱仪。
6月1日，奋进号航天飞机在肯尼迪航天中心安全着陆，圆满结束了其最后一次任务[1][2]。
