STS-134是2011年5月執行的一次載人航天任務，此次飛行任務由奮進號航天飛機執行，是奮進號的第25次也是最後一次飛行。
奮進號航天飛機於當地時間2011年5月16日8時56分28秒在佛羅里達州肯尼迪航天中心發射升空，載有6名宇航員，任務計劃為16天。本次飛行的主要任務是為國際空間站送去用於尋找暗物質的阿爾法磁譜儀。
6月1日，奮進號航天飛機在肯尼迪航天中心安全着陸，圓滿結束了其最後一次任務[1][2]。
