亨利·尼古拉斯·里德利（Henry Nicholas Ridley，1855年12月10日—1956年10月24日）為英國植物學家和地質學家。
亨利·尼古拉斯·里德利出生於英國諾福克。1888年至1911年，他為新加坡植物園的第一任科學主任。[1]
亨利·尼古拉斯·里德利花了很多年的時間推廣橡膠產品，1895年，他發現了一種對橡膠樹傷害較小的割膠法。[1]他主要負責在西馬來西亞建立橡膠工業，並在此居住了20年。1930年，他開始投身於植物傳種的研究。
1911年，亨利·尼古拉斯·里德利退休於新加坡，並在英國度過了他的餘生。[1]
