紅菌屬（學名：Rhodobium）是光合細菌下的紫色非硫細菌，是生絲微菌科的一屬革蘭氏染色陰性菌。細胞呈卵圓形至杆形。該屬的模式種為東方紅菌（Rhodobium orientis）。

- 海紅菌 Rhodobium orientis Hiraishi et al. 1995
- Rhodobium marinum 繁氏海紅菌 Srinivas et al. 2007
- (Imhoff 1984) Hiraishi et al. 1995，異名，前稱海紅假單胞菌 Caumette et al. 2007[1]，為Afifella pfennigii (Caumette et al. 2007) Urdiain et al. 2009的異名 Rhodobium pfennigii
