囊虾总目（学名Peracarida）是甲壳类下的一个大群，包含了海洋、淡水及陆生的物种。它们的特征是只有单一对颚足，成虫在臼齿及门齿之间有一个以关节连接的动颚叶。甲壳较为细小，且不会后胸的体节融合。除了温泉虾目外，其下所有目的节肢最底部都有一个扁平的抱卵，用来包裹腹部的育幼袋。在后仔虾期或前幼虾期孵化的幼体会缺乏最后一对脚。
