小尼爾·格雷戈里·羅傑斯（英語：Nile Gregory Rodgers Jr.；1952年9月19日—） [2]是一位美國結他手、詞曲作者和唱片製作人。他的節奏結他演奏風格獨特並有着極強的律動感，被視為當代最重要的結他手之一。
羅傑斯是搖滾名人堂和歌曲作者名人堂的入選者。作為迪斯科樂隊Chic創始人，他創作、製作和演唱的唱片在全球售出超過5億張專輯和7500萬張單曲，獲得過六項格林美獎，包括終身成就特別功績獎。羅傑斯以其搖擺結他風格而聞名，2014年滾石雜誌寫道：「尼爾·羅傑斯的職業生涯的全部範圍仍然難以捉摸。」[3][4]2023年，滾石雜誌將羅傑斯列為有史以來最偉大的250位結他手的第7位，並寫道：「有『影響力』，有『巨大影響力』，然後就是尼爾·羅傑斯......一個永不放慢腳步的真正創新者，他仍然在用他的結他創造歷史。」[5]
羅傑斯於1972年與低音結他手伯納德·愛德華茲組成Big Apple Band，並於1977年發行了首張同名專輯，其中包括熱門單曲《Dance, Dance, Dance (Yowsah, Yowsah, Yowsah)》和《Everybody Dance》，1978年的專輯《C'est Chic》收錄了《I Want Your Love》和《Le Freak》，其中《Le Freak》的全球銷量超過700萬張。[6][7]
