Nexenta OS是一个基于Ubuntu及Solaris给IA-32及x86-64的操作系统。它产生于2005年秋季,在2005年6月Sun Microsystems启动OpenSolaris项目之后[1]。Nexenta OS是第一个用OpenSolaris核心配搭OpenSolaris C 函式库及GNU用户态的发行版。
发布[编辑]
- NexentaCP 2.0于2009年5月25日发布,基于Ubuntu 8.04 "Hardy Heron" LTS。
- NexentaCP 3.0 Alpha2（不稳定版本），支持重复数据删除技术。
- NexentaCP 1.0于2007年10月16日发布。
