美國國家醫學圖書館（英語：United States National Library of Medicine，縮寫NLM），位於馬里蘭州貝塞斯達，由美國聯邦政府經營管理，是世界上最大的醫學圖書館[4]，並設有研究中心。其前身為成立於1836年的美國陸軍軍醫部部長辦公室圖書館和美國衛生部部長辦公室圖書館[5]。其收藏包括：七百多萬本醫學和相關學科的書籍、期刊、技術報告、手稿、縮微膠捲、照片和影像，其中包括一些世界上最古老，最稀有作品。
自1879年起，國家醫學圖書館出版醫學索引。美國國家生物技術信息中心是其下屬機構之一。
