阿寬蕉（學名：Musa itinerans）為芭蕉科芭蕉屬的植物。分布於緬甸北部、印度、泰國以及中國大陸的雲南等地，生長於海拔1,000米至1,270米的地區，多生長在山谷低地，目前尚未由人工引種栽培[3][4]。

變種[編輯]
目前已知至少有兩個變種[2]：
- 越南阿寬蕉 M. i. var. annamica (R.V.Valmayor, L.D.Danh & Häkkinen) Häkkinen, 2008
- 台灣芭蕉 M. i. var. formosana (Warb.) Häkkinen & C.L.Yeh, 2010
