        Midjourney是一個由位於美國加州三藩市的同名研究實驗室開發之人工智能程式，可根據文字生成圖像[1][2]，於2022年7月12日進入公開測試階段[3]，並於2024年7月31日發佈正式版，用戶可透過Discord的機械人指令進行操作[4]。該研究實驗室由Leap Motion的創辦人大衛·霍爾茲（David Holz）負責領導[5]。

        模型[編輯]

        Midjourney一直在努力改進其演算法，並每隔幾個月發佈新的模型版本。V2於2022年4月推出[6]，第三版於7月25日發佈。[7] 2022年11月5日，V4的alpha版發佈給用戶使用[8][9]，V5的alpha版於2023年3月15日發佈。[10]

        封鎖習近平的圖像生成[編輯]

        2023年3月，大衛·霍爾茲表示，為防止中國政府可能因為習近平的諷刺圖像而封鎖Midjourney，Midjourney已經阻止了習近平圖像的生成。霍爾茲說：「中國人使用這項技術的能力比你生成諷刺作品的能力更重要。」[17]
