澳白蚁科（Mastotermitidae）是现生白蚁中最原始的科，现生仅有达尔文澳白蚁（Mastotermes darwiniensis）1种，其他成员为已灭绝的物种。
化石纪录[编辑]
本科的化石纪录众多，包括了现生的澳白蚁属（Mastotermes），本科在几百万年前广布于世界各地，但由于未知因素，除了达尔文澳白蚁的祖先以外的物种都灭绝了[2]。
