KDE Plasma 6是第六代KDE Plasma桌面環境，首次發佈於2024年2月28日，是KDE Plasma 5的繼承者。[3]
概述[編輯]
KDE Plasma 6 在設計上與 KDE Plasma 5 並無太大區別，而是進行了一系列改進。它基於Qt 6，KDE Frameworks 6和KDE Gear 24.02。另外，對於Wayland的支持處於主流地位，其次是X11。加入了一個新的聲音主題Ocean作為默認，以替換Oxygen。Plasma 6部分支持HDR和色盲修正濾鏡。Discover應用和設置也得到了改進，3D方塊桌面效果回歸。[3]
新特性[編輯]
與上一代Plasma 5相比，Plasma 6增加了以下新特性：
- 面板默認懸浮，可以被設置為自動隱藏模式，且可調整大小，可被轉換為Dock
- Plasma搜索允許自定義結果順序，支持時區轉換，且文本匹配當前系統語言與英語
- 日曆支持天文歷和烏姆古拉歷
- 支持同時使用密碼和指紋驗證
- 支持聲音主題

Plasma 6的第一個技術預覽版發佈於2024年2月28日。
正式版[編輯]
新版本計劃每4個月發佈一次（每年3次），雖然將來一年可能只發佈2次。
除LTS（長期支持）版外，一個版本在新版本發佈後停止接受漏洞修復。
