至尊巴斯勳章（英語：The Most Honourable Order of the Bath），舊稱至尊巴斯軍事勳章，由喬治一世在1725年5月18日設立。巴斯一名來自於中世紀時代，冊封騎士的其中一種儀式——沐浴，象徵著淨化。以這種方式冊封的騎士稱為「沐浴騎士」，音譯為「巴斯騎士」。喬治一世為這些騎士設立了巴斯騎士團，但他本人並非巴斯騎士，因為巴斯騎士此前並非騎士團，管理依據一系列的規定進行，在巴斯騎士出現空缺時會選擇人選替補。
巴斯勳章分為三等：
- 爵級大十字勳章（Knight/Dame Grand Cross，GCB），又譯騎士大十字勛章[1]
- 爵級司令勳章（Knight/Dame Commander，KCB/DCB），又譯騎士指揮官勛章[1]
- 三等勳章（Companion，CB），又譯同袍勛章
巴斯勳章分為民事或軍事兩類。在1815年之前，巴斯勳章只有一種等級，巴斯勛爵士（Knight Companion，KB），現已廢除。獲勛者通常是高級軍官或高級公務員。並非英王子民的獲勛者是騎士團的榮譽成員。
