國際地球自轉服務（International Earth Rotation Service，IERS）全稱為國際地球自轉和參考系統服務（International Earth Rotation and Reference Systems Service），是一家提供全球時間和參考系標準的機構。
歷史[編輯]
於1987年由國際天文聯合會和國際大地測量學與地球物理學聯合會共同創立，取代先前的國際極移服務（IPMS）和國際時間局（BIH）地球自轉部分的工作。1988年1月1日正式開始運作。
主要任務[編輯]
運作[編輯]
IERS 通過分布在全球各地的觀測網獲得各種觀測數據數據，IERS 中心局根據各分析中心的處理結果進行綜合分析，得出 ICRF、ITRF 和 EOP 的最終結果，由 IERS 年度報告和技術備忘錄向全世界發布。
