薑花屬（Hedychium）是薑科下的一個屬，為陸生或附生草本植物。該屬共有100餘種[1]，分佈於亞洲熱帶地區。[2]其下都是多年生根莖植物，一般高度可達120—180厘米（47—71英寸）。
屬名Hedychium來自古希臘語hedys（甜）和chios （雪），指其模式種——薑花芳香馥郁的雪白色花[3]。其他一些種也會開黃色和橙色的花[4]。薑花屬的植物常用於園藝中[5]。
