HATU(縮寫自Hexafluorophosphate Azabenzotriazole Tetramethyl Uronium,六氟磷酸氮雜苯並三唑四甲基脲[1])是一種多肽偶聯的試劑,可將羧酸轉化為活性酯英語active ester。它通常在二甲基甲醯胺或其它極性非質子溶劑中與二異丙基乙胺三乙胺一起使用以構築醯胺鍵。[2]
