HATU(縮寫自Hexafluorophosphate Azabenzotriazole Tetramethyl Uronium,六氟磷酸氮雜苯並三唑四甲基脲[1])是一種多肽偶聯的試劑,可將羧酸轉化為活性酯。它通常在二甲基甲酰胺或其它極性非質子溶劑中與二異丙基乙胺、三乙胺一起使用以構築酰胺鍵。[2]
