GIOVE (意大利語意為'木星'; 發音：[ˈdʒɔːve]），即伽利略軌道驗證元素（Galileo In-Orbit Validation Element），是為歐洲空間局（ESA）建造的兩顆衛星的名稱，設計初衷是在軌道上測試伽利略定位系統的相關技術[1]。
該名稱的選用旨在向伽利略·伽利萊致敬。他不僅發現了木星的前四顆天然衛星，隨後還發現這些衛星可被用作通用時鐘，以此獲取地球表面任意地點的經度。
在伽利略定位系統軌道驗證（IOV）階段的風險緩解框架內，GIOVE衛星由GIOVE任務（GIOVE-M）部分負責運行[2][3]。
