遊戲與影視作品中的應用[編輯]

1995年在日本首播的電視動畫新世紀福音戰士在每集片尾都會播放不同版本的《Fly Me to the Moon》，其中由腳本錯誤：沒有「ilh」這個模塊。演唱的版本使用在了第1至4、16、18和18話。該動畫的再構築電影作品《福音戰士新劇場版：序》及《福音戰士新劇場版：破》預告片中均使用了由宇多田光翻唱的《Fly Me to the Moon》。[46][47]

2009年10月29日在遊戲主機Xbox 360和PlayStation 3上發行的動作遊戲《魔兵驚天錄》中，使用了這首歌作為主題歌。同時, remix版本的Fly Me to the Moon (∞ Climax Mix)也在遊戲中屢次作為插曲而被使用。[48]

作為奧利弗·斯通在1987年導演的電影《華爾街》的主題曲而被使用。[49][50]

在2021年Netfilx網劇《魷魚遊戲》片段中使用。

在2022年張吃魚執導，沈騰主演的科幻電影《獨行月球》中作為插曲使用（演唱者為劉可夫）。

在克林特·伊斯特伍德於2000年導演的電影《太空牛仔》中，弗蘭克·辛納特拉的演唱的版本作為插曲和片尾曲使用。
