日本Falcom股份有限公司（日语：日本ファルコム株式会社，英语：Nihon Falcom Corporation）是主要开发及贩售电子游戏的日本公司，其代表作有《Dragon Slayer系列》、《伊苏系列》和《英雄传说系列》等。

1981年3月9日由加藤正幸创立[1]，最早为美国苹果电脑在日本的代理经销商[2]。Falcom的名称来至于《星际大战》中的千年隼号（Millennium Falcon）与电脑（Computer）的“COM”结合而成[3]。

2001年游戏部门从公司内单独分割出来，成为了现在的“日本Falcom股份有限公司”，代表社长为山﨑伸治（2007年更换为近藤季洋），现址位于东京都立川市曙町。2003年12月2日在东京证券交易所上市，而原公司则更名为“株式会社Falcom”，经营方向为资讯科技和投资事业。

Falcom专注于电脑游戏的研发，也经常把旗下开发之游戏系列授权给其他公司，制作非PC平台的游戏。同时也以高水准的游戏配乐著称，成立了公司专属乐团“Falcom Sound Team jdk”为旗下游戏制作各种主题曲与配乐。

1980年代是Falcom的精华时期，但1990年代初期一度陷入没有新作的窘境。度过了1990年代中后半到2000年代初期的复刻游戏期，目前正处于持续开发新作的复苏状态，对外授权游戏的数量也大幅增加。2002年开始其公司的游戏内容已逐渐转向3D化。2006年因全球PC平台的销售环境逐渐恶化，将作品转向PSP平台。2011年开始开发PSV平台的作品。2012年开始在PS3平台上开发作品。2016年开始在PS4平台上开发作品。2021年开始在任天堂Switch平台上开发作品。近年来Falcom 也回归个人电脑PC平台。旗下的作品放在Steam、Epic、GOG等平台平台推出。
