脫硫杆狀菌目或脫硫桿菌目(學名:Desulfobacterales)為熱脫硫桿菌綱下屬的一目硫酸鹽還原細菌細菌。[1] 該目的細菌是嚴格的厭氧呼吸代謝菌,使用硫酸鹽或硝酸鹽而不是氧氣作為終端電子受體。脫硫桿菌目可以降解乙醇、分子氫、有機酸和小分子碳氫化合物。[2][3] 它們生態範圍廣泛,在共生關係和營養循環中發揮着重要的環境作用。此的模式屬為脫硫杆狀菌屬(Desulfobacter)。
