《Dance in the Dark》是美国女歌手Lady 卡卡的细碟《超人气女魔头》中的一首曲目。受启发于卡卡的"Fear of Self Monster"，这首歌描写了卧室里面两个独处之人的亲密关系。据卡卡，这首歌表现了一个女孩因为对自己身体的尴尬、不自信而只愿在关灯之后做爱。她说自己在M.A.C艾滋基金会的工作中碰到过这样的女孩。这首歌曲不是关于自由，而是关于卡卡自己对于她们的感同身受。
这首歌曲本身作为《超人气女魔头》中继《电话》之后的第三支主打歌，但最终因为卡卡与厂牌意见不和而被《Alejandro》代替。最终《黑暗中漫舞》只作为数位下载和电台单曲发布。
