綠彎菌門（學名：Chloroflexota）是一類通過光合作用產生能量的細菌，又稱作綠非硫細菌，儘管還有一部分稱作熱微菌的細菌也屬於綠非硫細菌。它們具有綠色的色素，包括作爲反應中心的菌綠素a和作爲天線分子的菌綠素c，通常位於稱作綠體的微囊中。
典型的綠彎菌門細菌是線形的，通過滑行來移動。它們是兼性厭氧生物，在光合作用中不產生氧氣，不能固氮。利用3-羥基丙酸途徑，而不是常見的卡爾文途徑來固定二氧化碳。細胞壁的肽聚糖中含有D-鳥氨酸，類似於革蘭氏陽性菌，但革蘭氏染色結果仍爲陰性。系統發生樹顯示綠彎菌門和其他的光合細菌具有不同的起源。
