心蛤目（學名：Carditida）是異齒亞綱始異齒下綱中現存物種的唯一演化分支，屬於海洋雙殼綱（又稱斧足綱）蛤蜊類。作為該下綱現生種的唯一代表，其分類地位具有重要的演化生物學意義[1]。
ITIS根據1989年的分類，仍將心蛤目的成員歸到簾蛤目[2][3]。Bieler等人於2010年把本總科獨立出來成為獨立的一個目[4][5]。
