国会音乐集团（Template:Langx，缩写为脚本错误：没有“Lang”这个模块。）是一家被环球音乐集团持有的美国一线音乐集团。它是环球音乐集团旗下七大音乐集团之一，其它六个包括是新视镜唱片、格芬唱片、A&M唱片、小岛唱片、Def Jam唱片与联众唱片等。透过国会音乐集团发行的唱片公司包括国会唱片、维京唱片、摩城唱片、Blue Note唱片、星沃克唱片、哈弗斯特唱片、国会基督教音乐集团、Priority唱片、Atom Factory娱乐、Deep Well唱片[1]。

国会音乐集团由国会唱片与维京唱片于2007年合并组成，此举有助于百代唱片进行重组并节省平均每年2.17亿美元[2]，但是维京唱片与国会唱片都同时保留各自的品牌[3]。
国会唱片首席执行官安迪·斯莱特（Andy Slater）在收到声称价值超过1千5百万美元的养老金后辞职，随后维京唱片首席执行官杰森·富勒姆（Jason Flom）被委任成为新首脑[4]。作为厂牌的新首脑，杰森·富勒姆直接向百代音乐集团首席执行官艾瑞克·尼克力（Eric Nicoli）汇报[5]。
2010年，维京唱片脱离国会音乐集团，并组成维京音乐集团；但是，至2013年为止，维京音乐集团解散，维京唱片重新回归国会音乐集团旗下。
2012年11月，传言史蒂夫·巴奈特（Steve Barnett）将成为国会音乐集团董事长兼首席执行官[6]。
随着百代音乐集团（不包括Parlophone唱片）并入环球音乐集团的完成，国会音乐集团目前是环球音乐集团于英国的五家厂牌部门之一[7]。
2013年4月，罗比·麦金托什（Robbie McIntosh）被委任为国会音乐集团国际业务运营部的首脑[8]。
