Template:Infobox gene CXCL10（Template:Langx）是一小分子的細胞因子屬於CXC趨化因子家族[1]，又被稱作「干擾素伽瑪誘導的10千道爾頓蛋白」（10 kDa interferon-gamma-induced protein，IP-10）[2]化學式為：C375H652O108N114S5[3]。干擾素伽瑪可以在多種細胞（如巨噬細胞[4]，單核細胞[4]，內皮細胞[5]和成纖維細胞）中誘導CXCL10的表達。CXCL10的功能包括對T細胞和單核細胞的細胞趨化作用[6][7]，促進T細胞黏附於內皮細胞[5]，抗腫瘤[8]，及血管新生[5]。人類的CXCL10基因與CXCL9，CXCL11的基因相鄰聚集在第四染色體上。CXCL10, CXCL9和CXCL11結合趨化因子受體CXCR3而起其細胞趨化作用[6][7]。
