CSPG4（Chondroitin sulfate proteoglycan 4，「硫酸軟骨素蛋白聚糖4」，也稱為「黑色素瘤相關硫酸軟骨素蛋白聚糖」，melanoma-associated chondroitin sulfate proteoglycan，MCSP，「神經元-膠質抗原2」，neuron-glial antigen 2，NG2）是一種細胞表面蛋白質，硫酸軟骨素蛋白聚糖的一員，由人類基因 CSPG4 編碼，是少突先驅膠質細胞（OPC）的主要標誌物^[1]。
