CCL9（英語：Chemokine (C-C motif) ligand 9）是一個小型的細胞因子，屬於CC趨化因子家族。它的別名有巨噬細胞炎性蛋白-1γ（英語：macrophage inflammatory protein-1 gamma，MIP-1γ）, 巨噬細胞炎症蛋白相關蛋白-2（英語：macrophage inflammatory protein-related protein-2，MRP-2）以及在齧齒類中使用的CCF18。CCL9還曾經被定名為CCL10，但這個名稱已不再使用。

它由淋巴結相關上皮組織（FAE）分泌（如Peyer氏斑塊（英語：Peyer's patch）周圍），並影響擁有細胞表面分子CD11b與趨化因子受體 CCR1的樹突狀細胞^[1]。 CCL9 通過其受體CCR1（破骨細胞中最豐富的趨化因子受體）激活破骨細胞，表明了CCL9可能在骨質吸收（英語：bone resorption）中的重要作用^[2]。CCL9巨噬細胞和骨髓細胞里也持續表達^[3]^[4]。編碼CCL9的基因位於小鼠的11號染色體上^[4]。
