亞苄基丙二酸二異丙酯是一種有機化合物，化學式為C16H20O4。它可由丙二酸二異丙酯和苯甲醛在哌啶/乙酸催化下於苯中回流反應製得。[1]它和臭氧在二氯甲烷中反應，可以得到2-氧代丙二酸二異丙酯。[2]
