甘氨酰-脯氨酰-羥脯氨酸(Gly-Pro-Hyp,三肽-29)是一種源自膠原蛋白的三肽。Gly-Pro-Hyp的重複單元構成了膠原蛋白的主要部分,而Gly-Pro-Hyp可以輕易地透過膠原蛋白的部分水解來製備。與Hyp-Gly和Pro-Hyp等其他源自膠原蛋白的小分子二肽一樣,Gly-Pro-Hyp被廣泛應用於護膚產品中,有時也作為膳食補充劑內服,因為它容易被皮膚吸收並能刺激成纖維細胞合成膠原蛋白,從而有助於傷口癒合,並可能幫助減少衰老跡象。市面上標榜含有「膠原蛋白」的膳食補充劑,通常實際上含有的是膠原蛋白部分水解所產生的低分子量膠原蛋白肽,因為它們比膠原蛋白本身更容易被人體吸收。[1][2][3][4][5][6][7][8]
