貝宜系統公司（英語：BAE Systems plc）是一家英國的跨國公司，主要經營航空航太工業、軍火及資訊安全，總部位於倫敦。[3][4] 截至2017年，它是英國最大的製造商。[5] 它是歐洲最大的國防承包商，[6] 並在2021年營收排名中位居全球第七。[7] 公司主要業務集中在英國與美國，其中子公司 BAE系統公司 是美國國防部六大供應商之一。其次主要市場包括沙烏地阿拉伯與澳洲；其他重要市場還有加拿大、日本、[8][9] 印度、土耳其、卡達、阿曼及瑞典。[10] 該公司於1999年11月30日成立，源自以77億英鎊收購並合併馬可尼電子系統（MES，英國奇異公司旗下國防電子與造船子公司）與英國航太公司（主要製造飛機、彈藥與海軍系統）。

自1999年成立以來，貝宜系統公司進行了多項收購，最著名的包括美國的 貝爾航天科技公司、聯合防務工業 和 裝甲控股公司，並出售了其在空中巴士、歐洲太空公司、阿萊尼亞馬可尼系統公司與阿特拉斯電子公司的股份。該公司參與了多項重大防務專案，包括洛克希德·馬丁F-35閃電II、颱風戰鬥機、以及「機敏級」、「無畏級」與奧庫斯核潛艇。BAE 系統公司於倫敦證券交易所上市，並為富時100指數成份股。

截至2012年12月30日，公司在澳大利亞、印度、沙烏地阿拉伯、英國以及美國共擁有88200位員工。

1977，工黨政府將英國飛機公司、霍克·西德利（英語：Hawker Siddeley）的兩家子公司和蘇格蘭航空（英語：Scottish Aviation）合併，收歸國有，組成國營企業，改稱英國航太。

1999年，英國航太公司收購英國奇異旗下的馬可尼電子系統，而成立了貝宜系統。

2024年1月7日，中華人民共和國宣佈因參與對台售武，宣佈制裁包括貝宜系統在內的美國軍工企業。[11]

爭議事件[編輯]

貝宜系統（及其前身「英國航太」）曾被指行賄沙烏地阿拉伯皇室，以達成「鴿子軍購案」。及後，英、美兩國先後於2003及2007年就此展開反貪腐調查[12][13]，最後於2010年被美國當局裁定造假帳罪成，罰款4億美元[14]；而英方最後以「國家及國際安全」為由，於2006年尾終止調查[15][16]。
