Atlus（Template:Langx[註 1]，常译作“阿特拉斯”） 是日本一家電子遊戲開發和發行公司。現為日本電子遊戲公司世嘉的旗下子公司。
Atlus著名的代表作品為真·女神轉生系列。真·女神轉生系列與勇者鬥惡龍系列及最終幻想系列並列為日系角色扮演游戏三大作[1]；真·女神轉生系列初期的作品《女神轉生》是由南夢宮代理發行於任天堂红白机，而之後的系列作品皆為Atlus自行發行。Atlus的代表吉祥物「傑克霜精」，是源自於Atlus在超級任天堂上發行的《真·女神轉生》中所出現的一名怪物角色。
Atlus另有發行戰略角色扮演類型的遊戲—夢幻騎士系列。夢幻騎士系列源自於Career Soft的作品—夢幻模擬戰（Langrisser）。在第一部夢幻騎士成功地獲得市場的回響之後，Atlus收購了Career Soft並繼續開發該系列的續作。
Atlus總部設於日本，在美國等地均設有分公司。為了區別，Atlus總部經常被強調為「ATLUS」。

- 1986年4月 - Atlus設立。
- 1987年9月 - 開發於任天堂FC上的《女神轉生》由南夢宮發行。
- 1989年12月 - 以Atlus為名發行《脚本错误：没有“ilh”这个模块。》。
- 1992年10月 - 第一部於超級任天堂發表的系列作品《真·女神轉生》發行。
- 1995年7月 - 世界上第一台大头贴机器由Atlus与SEGA共同研发并发售[2]。
- 1995年12月 - 第一部於世嘉土星發表的系列作品《真·女神転生 Devil Summoner》發行。
- 1996年9月 - 第一部於PlayStation發表的系列作品《女神異聞錄 Persona》發行。
- 1997年10月 - 股票於JASDAQ上市（証券代碼：7866）
- 2000年8月 - 與角川書店資本和商業聯盟。
- 2003年
- 2月 - 第一部於PlayStation 2發表的系列作品《真·女神轉生III－Nocturne》發行。
- 與角川書店、Takara解除合作夥伴關係。
- 2004年9月 - Menue株式会社（现株式会社ビービーエムエフ）控股10%。
- 2005年2月 - Atlus Mobile株式会社設立。
- 2006年10月30日 - 宣佈將接受株式会社Index控股的收購。
- 2009年2月 - 宣佈退出室内商用游戲游藝機市場。[3]
- 2009年10月 - 宣佈將Gonzo Rosso納入為子公司。[4]
- 2010年2月1日 - 確認將Gonzo Rosso納入為子公司，並將Gonzo Rosso更名為Rosso Index。[5]
- 2010年2月12日 - 宣佈將成為Index控股的完全子公司。股票將停牌。[6]
- 2010年3月26日 - 將子公司C&C Media的全部持股转让予完美时空的欧洲分公司“Perfect World Europe B.V.”。[7]
- 2010年4月30日 - 股票停牌。
- 2010年8月30日，日本Index控股召开董事会，宣布吸收合并Atlus，接手Atlus游戏版权等事务。[8]
- 2010年10月1日 - 被母公司Index株式会社控股吸收合并，原公司解散。[9]。
- 2013年6月27日 - INDEX开启民事再生手续，实际破产。
- 2013年9月5日 - 世嘉以140亿日元从INDEX收购Atlus，Atlus完全独立出原INDEX品牌，並宣布成立子公司SEGA Dream Corporation，负责Atlus相关业务。
- 2013年9月18日 - 世嘉宣布于11月1日完全收购INDEX，同時將SEGA Dream Corporation更名为Index Corporation。[10][11]
- 2014年4月1日 - 世嘉将旗下INDEX进行分割，Index Corporation更名为Atlus株式会社。[12]
- 2022年6月13日 - Atlus在微軟的 Xbox &Bethesda Games Showcase 上宣布將陸續把女神異聞錄5 皇家版(P5R；2022年10月21號上架)、女神異聞錄4 黃金版(P4G；2023年1月19日上架)、女神異聞錄3 攜帶版(P3P；2023年1月19日上架)移植至Xbox主機，同時登陸電腦Steam，也宣布這三款遊戲皆首日上架電腦及Xbox主機版本的Xbox Game Pass。
- 2023年6月12日 - Atlus在微软的 Xbox Games Showcase 上除了宣布女神异闻录3 Reload、女神异闻录5 战略版将会发售首日上架电脑及Xbox主机版本的Xbox Game Pass以外还更首次宣布了由桥野桂监督、副岛成记负责角色设计以及负责配乐的目黑将司所打造的暗喻幻想：ReFantazio（开发代号为Project Re FANTASY）即将登陆Xbox Series X/S主机及个人电脑。
